Peju Obasa has a 14- day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to post your item/items back to us for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned to us in perfect unworn and undamaged conditions accompanied by original packaging.

• The buyer must pay the return postage costs.

• Please note we are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and provide us with any necessary delivery notes to info@pejuobasa.com before you place your order.

• Please email hello@pejuobasa.com for a return form.

Exchanges

• Item/items must be exchanged within 14 days.

All of our bags are hand-crocheted, please note that some of our bags might appear slightly different online because our yarns are made with recycled jersey. This means no cone of yarn is ever the same, making every Peju Obasa bag simply unique.
